* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches.

* WHERE...Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The bulk of the snow will occur over a short time period with snowfall rates up to an inch per hour. The snow will taper off to light rain or drizzle this evening, with temperatures a couple degrees above freezing.
