* WHERE...Northern Sangre de Cristo Mountains Above 11000 Feet.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to noon MST Tuesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM MST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS ABOVE 11000 FT
