City of Torrance Work Continues on Hawthorne Blvd Between PCH/Rolling Hills Rd 
A message from the City of Torrance: Traffic impacts related to the pavement repairs on Hawthorne Blvd. between Pacific Coast Highway and Rolling Hills Road during the working hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
TODAY, February 13 Northbound traffic between Newton St and Rolling Hills Rd will be reduced to one lane. Left-turns into and out of side streets will be prohibited.
Friday, February 14 Northbound traffic between Pacific Coast Hwy and Newton St will be reduced to one lane. Left-turns into and out of side streets will be prohibited. At the end of the day, all lanes will be accessible. Although inconveniences are expected, it is our goal to complete the work as quickly and safely as possible.
