Crimes Against Children Detectives arrested William Heiser of Yucaipa for Possession of Child Pornography

SUSPECT: William Heiser, 46 years old, resident of Yucaipa
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained various images of child pornography. Through investigation, investigators determined the child pornography was downloaded to a home in Yucaipa.
On Thursday, February 13, 2020, personnel from CAC and Sheriff’s Hi-Tech Division, served a search warrant at a residence in the 11800 block of Adams Street in Yucaipa. Investigators contacted William Heiser at the residence. At the end of an interview with Heiser, he was arrested for possession of child pornography. Heiser was subsequently booked into West Valley Detention Center and bail was set at $25,000.
