Roberts was taken into custody by the Modesto Police department this morning. He was located in the Walmart parking lot on McHenry Ave.

General Information:

Jeron Daniel Roberts is wanted for Attempted Murder.

Roberts was involved in a physical fight with a victim in the Greeley Hill area on 2/14/2020. During the altercation Roberts shot the victim.

Roberts fled the scene in a 2000 Dark Blue Jeep Cherokee. Licenses #7CDF496

Unknown location of travel. Roberts does have family in the Modesto, CA area.  

Roberts is currently on active CDC Parole. 

Roberts is considered armed and dangerous. Suffers from mental illness and has gang affiliations.

Sheriff Deputies are still on scene and investigating. The victim was flown to a valley hospital; his condition is unknown at this time.
