Spruce Avenue (Rt. 147) between Anglesea Drive and Maryland Avenue will have lane closures from Tuesday, February 18th to Friday, February 21st between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM for utility work. Traffic will be rerouted so there will be one lane open eastbound and one lane open westbound during this time frame.
