Noblesville, IN – On February 17, 2020 at approximately 3:22 a.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to Famous Dave’s located at 13445 Tegler Drive (Noblesville) in reference to a report of a possible burglary in progress.

Officers arrived on the scene just moments later and located a subject matching the caller’s description walking outside of the building carrying a bag. Officers were able to take the subject into custody without incident.

Based on the information collected as a result of this investigation, preliminary charges have been filed. The suspect in the case has been booked at the Hamilton County Jail on the following preliminary charges:

I.C. 35-43-2-1 (Level 5 Felony)
Theft
I.C. 35-43-4-2 (Level 6 Felony)
