Due to the winter weather forecast, all Norfolk libraries and recreation centers will close Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.  The Broad Creek Refresh meeting planned for tonight is canceled and will be rescheduled.  The Norfolk Courthouse will close today at 4:00 p.m. and will be closed on Friday.
