Lane closures for utility work on Spruce Avenue (Rt. 147) from February 24th to 28th 
Spruce Avenue (Rt. 147) between Anglesea Drive and Maryland Avenue will have lane closures from Monday, February 24th to Friday, February 28th between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM for utility work. Traffic will be rerouted so there will be one lane open eastbound and one lane open westbound during this time frame.
