Synopsis: The suspect came in the backdoor and sat down and waited for customers to leave. The suspect walked up to the counter and pointed a handgun at the victim, demanding the money from the register. The suspect reached over and removed the cash from the register. The victim grabbed and the gun. During the struggle for the gun the suspect dropped it. The suspect was last seen running southeast through the parking lot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 22 years old, 5'5", 135 pounds and wearing black clothing. No injuries. SDPD's Robbery detectives responded and are investigating the incident.

Synopsis: A 26 year old male was riding his 2017 Yamaha motorcycle westbound Scripps Poway Parkway at a high rate of speed. The roadway curved to the right but he was traveling too fast to negotiate the bend in the roadway. The male continued straight, struck the raised center median curb, drove onto it and continued across and into the eastbound lanes of Scripps Poway Parkway. The male and his motorcycle came to rest along the south curb-line. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene. SDPD's Traffic Division is investigating the collision.
