Hilliard Blvd. between Wooster Rd. and Valleyview Dr. in Rocky River is now open in both directions after it was closed Sunday, 02/23/2020, at about 6:00 PM as a result of a significant structure fire. Public safety and utility personnel will continue working in the area. Please slow down and be cautious if traveling on Hilliard Blvd. near the fire scene.
