San Rafael PD seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: 72yr-old Asian male with gray hair and brown eyes, 5'5/110. Last seen wearing a yellow pajama top underneath a black cardigan with beige pants and purple slippers. Subject does not speak English.
