Deputies arrest Keaton Walker for burglary

LOCATION: 28300 block of Saffron Avenue
SUSPECT(S): Keaton Walker, 28 years old, Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Several Citizens of Highland
SUMMARY: On Monday, February 24, 2020, deputies from the Highland Station responded to the 28300 block of Saffron Avenue regarding a subject prowling around residences and looking into windows. The suspect, later identified to be Keaton Walker, fled into the wash area near the residences. Deputies located Walker in the wash are and with the assistance of the Sheriff's Aviation Unit, were able to detain him as he attempted to elude them. During the investigation, several citizens in Highland captured Walker on their video surveillance cameras as he looked through their windows and attempted to open doors to their residences throughout the night. During a search of Walker's belongings, deputies located property belonging to a victim of a residential burglary that occurred in the city of San Bernardino. Walker was arrested for burglary and booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
