UTILITY BILLING CHANGE:
The City of Ripon has updated our water disconnection policy in order to comply with Senate Bill No. 998. The purpose of the attached letter is to provide you with information about the City’s new water disconnection policy and how these changes may impact you. Most importantly, starting in March, water disconnection notices will be delivered as part of your monthly utility bill.
