Cancellation, Child Found Safe. Runaway/Missing Child – Isabella Mar. The Town of Beloit Police Department is requesting assistance from our media partners and the community in locating a missing child. Isabella Mar was last seen on 2/27/20 at approximately 1845 hours in the area of Elmwood/Dewey. Isabella Mar is 5'02" weighing 120lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black pants, and black Crocs. If you have seen Isabella Mar, please call dispatch at 608-757-2244. Thank you.
