UPDATE: Water Quality Sample Is Clear after Repair of Main Break at Willott and Westminster
Results from a water quality test came back clear today, Feb. 29, 2020, after a water main break was repaired at Willott Road and Westminster Drive. The water main break affected a number of nearby customers (see attached map).
If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.
