Outdoor Tornado Warning Siren test today at 10:00 am in conjunction with NWS Tornado Drill. 
The National Weather Service will be conducting a Tornado Drill today at 10:00 am. To coincide with the NWS drill, Kansas City, MO, will, also, conduct its monthly outdoor tornado warning siren test today at 10:00 am. This test will be instead of the usual 1st Wednesday of the month.
