Water Shutdown Tenth Avenue 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department, The water will be shut down on Tenth Avenue and part of Cedar Street from Ninth Avenue to Eleventh Avenue tomorrow, Tuesday March 3rd. The water may be off for several hours between 8:30am and 3pm to replace a broken valve in the Water Main on Tenth Avenue. You may have discolored water when service is restored.
