BTPD advises of upcoming NJDOT work on Rt. 206.
On 3/9/20 the NJDOT will commence milling, paving and striping work on Rt. 206 to include inlets, curbing and driveways. The scope of this project is from the northern most section of the 206/130 merge to the Hamilton Township boundary line.
Portable message boards and project sign installation have already been installed within the project limits. The work hours will be from 7am to 4pm in all non-closure areas and from 9am to 3pm in lane closure areas. Milling and paving operations are anticipated to start April 13th on the Rt. 206 SB side from 8pm to 6am utilizing lane closures and detours. Work on the Rt. 206 NB side will then directly follow completion of the SB side.
Motorists are reminded to drive with caution in these work zone areas.
