On March 4, 2020, at 12:08 a.m. Deputies Loren Barchett and Brian Naas observed a White 2002 Ford Focus disregard a traffic signal on Broadway. Upon conducting a traffic stop Deputy Naas detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver 28-year-old Douglas Webb of Princeton. At that point Deputy Barchett and Deputy Naas began a roadside DUI investigation. Once the investigation was completed Mr. Webb was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated With a Prior OWI Conviction. He remains in custody on a $750 bond.
