The Rutherfordton Police Department is requesting assistance identifying subjects shown in the photo. They were involved in a hit and run that occured on Railroad Ave. in Rutherfordton at 5:15 pm on Wednesday March 4th. Vehicle is a burgandy Ford Expedition with a white male driver and white female passenger with blue hair.
