Missing person Freddie Phillips went missing from the 2200 block of Bella Lane in Lomita around 3pm on Monday March 9th.
Freddie is described as a 71 year old black male. Freddie has been diagnosed with dementia and diabetes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black crocs. He may be headed towards the beach city area (Hermosa, Venice). See the attached flyer for more information.
