The Frankfort Police Department is announcing the arrest of a fourth individual involved in the kidnapping of a female victim from the Chase Bank ATM in Frankfort on November 16, 2019. A warrant was issued on March 2, 2020 for the arrest of David Gilmore, age 20, of 132 East 119^th Street, Chicago, IL. Gilmore has been charged with Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Armed Robbery and Aggravated Unlawful Restraint.
 
Gilmore was arrested this morning at his residence on 119^th Street, Chicago by the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force. Gilmore is in the custody of the Will County Adult Detention Facility and is being held on $750,000.00 bond (10% to apply).
 
The Frankfort Police Department is extremely grateful for the support received by other law enforcement agencies and the community. The assistance provided helped lead to the identification and arrest of Gilmore.
