Water Shutdown 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department, Water will be shut off on South Central Street from #70 to #85 and all of South Brooks Street. IF you have City Water, your water will be off for a few hours between 8:30am and 3:00pm to install a new Water Main Valve on South Central Street. When water service returns you may have discolored water. Please flush your Cold Water until it clears. Thank you for your patience while these improvements are made.
