Road Closure Update 
North Highland Avenue is now open in both directions. One lane remains closed northbound between Havel Street and Van Cortlandt Avenue to facilitate repairs and offloading of the damaged truck. Expect minor delays as a result.
Power is projected to be restored to the impacted area later this morning once the new utility pole is installed.
