As the construction of the new City Center Parking Garage progresses, it will be necessary to implement some temporary road closures and traffic changes in the area of the construction. Beginning on Monday, March 16^th Maple Avenue from Lake Avenue to Ellsworth Jones Place will be closed until March 27^th for the installation of water and sanitary lines. Upon completion of that work, the road closures will then move North to include Ellsworth Jones Place and the section of Maple Avenue behind the City Center. The total length of the combined roadwork should take approximately six weeks. Motorists are asked to follow the signage that will be in place.

Beginning Monday, March 30^th Temporary Parking restrictions will be put into place on High Rock Avenue from Lake Avenue to just North of the entrance to the construction area. Motorists should also expect some temporary traffic delays on High Rock Avenue. The parking restrictions and delays are the result of the sections of the garage that will be delivered for assembly. The dates impacted by these restrictions and delays will be from March 30^th to June 1^st. Further information will be sent out as necessary.
