An officer witnessed a female subject smoking a cigarette on the 3400 block of El Camino Real. The subject was doing so within 30 feet of the front door to the business. She was contacted and issued an administrative citation without incident.

A male subject was contacted by police at Kaiser Hospital after refusing to leave the property.
A Records check revealed the subject is a transient sex registrant. The subject was out of registration compliance; for a transient registration is required every 30 days. The arrestee was taken into custody and transported to Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Public Safety Dispatchers deployed officers on the report of commercial burglary on the 3300 block of El Camino Real.
Through investigation, it was discovered a business was broken into overnight and several items were damaged and stolen. The total loss is estimated at $2,650.
