To be able to use the online reporting system, all of the following must apply:
•It is not an emergency
•The incident occurred within the City limits of Sunnyvale
•You do not know the suspects and there is no evidence (license plate number etc.) that could lead to the identification of a suspect
•The incident did not occur on a state freeway
•The incident type is one of those listed below:

Identity Theft
Report mail theft and identify theft resulting from mail theft
Insufficient Funds
Lost Property
Theft
