UPDATE: Kennedy Park and the NPS playground are closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19

It is so refreshing to see so many kids playing basketball and enjoying our park, BUT, this is not how we “social distance” ourselves to prevent the spread of COVID-19. So, effective immediately, Kennedy Park and the Norwood Public School’s playground is closed.
It bothers me greatly to do this, but I would rather close the parks then hear that someone got sick.
Together, we will get through this and look back on this during our 4th of July celebration, stronger than ever!
