Due to the risks related to public health associated with the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Governor John Bel Edwards has declared a statewide Public Health Emergency. Given the severity of these events, City of Ponchatoula will not disconnect water service for non-payment due to this event. We will resume disconnecting services for non-payment on April 21, 2020. The City of Ponchatoula is concerned for the well-being of its customers to ensure your ability to wash your hands in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control recommendations to help prevent the spread of this virus. The City of Ponchatoula will continue other operations as normal. Below is a link to additional information about your drinking water.
