Village of Richmond is taking Measures to Limit Spread
of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
At the guidance of public health officials, the Village of Richmond is taking preventative measures to help limit the exposure of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
In order to help limit the spread of COVID-19 in the Village's public facilities to this disease, effective on Monday, March 16th and extending through March 30th, the Village Hall (located at 5600 Hunter Drive) asks for your cooperation in limiting all over-the-counter services, including utility bill payments, building/zoning permits, and all licensing and registration services.
For those residents that have utility bill payment arrangements, we would prefer those payments be made over the phone by calling 815-678-4040.
