Health advisory issued for Richmond Heights due to COVID-19
Residents of Richmond Heights,
On Monday, March 16th, 2020 at 1 pm, Mayor Jim Thomson declared a State of Emergency for the City of Richmond Heights. This serves two purposes. First, it allows the City to seek funding through the Federal Government as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, it reinforces the City’s commitment to follow the guidelines as stated in St. Louis County Executive Sam Page’s Executive Order.
This order forbids participation in any gathering of 50 people or more. As such, several events in Richmond Heights have been canceled.
THE HEIGHTS will be closed effective Tuesday, March 17, until further notice.
