A message from Chief Tejada regarding Police services during the COVID-19 pandemic
The Emeryville Police Department is committed to keeping our community safe during this unprecedented shelter in place directive. We want to do our part in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus so you may see a change in the services our Department provides.
Effective Monday, March 16 through Tuesday, April 7, 2020, the Emeryville Police Department lobby will be closed to the public. Our officers will remain in service but depending on the type of call for service, we ask you to make online or telephone reports with our officers.
Property release will only be granted if item is deemed essential for the County shelter in place directive.
Further information and updates on essential City services during the temporary facilities shutdown, will be made available via The City of Emeryville Twitter Page @EmeryvilleCA
General updates will be made to the Emeryville Police Department’s social media accounts on Facebook, Nixle and Twitter.
