COVID-19 Update as of March 17th, 2020
 
Dear Village Residents:
 
As you may be aware, the Governor has asked local governments to join the state in reducing workforce by 50% and having non-essential employees stay home through March 31st.  This is a difficult task for a Village our size, but we will be making some adjustments to keep our employees healthy and safe while continuing to operate and address essential Village business.
 
The following changes will be taking place beginning at 1:00 today until March 31st, 2020:
 
-DPW and Village police will be on and working their regular shifts
-All building Department requests will be addressed with our Building Inspector Lance Moore through email or phone calls.
-Senior Transportation will be suspended
-Village Hall access will be limited to employees only. Business will be continuing to be conducted by email, phone, using our website services, and the Village's drop box.
-All Board meetings through March 31st will not be open to the public.  Parameters will be in place to deliver information to the residents. 
 
We understand the importance of transparency and public access to the Village facilities and hope to restore full access as soon as possible.  Many of the services you need can be found on our Village website.
 
Below are important informational resources for information on the Coronavirus. Please visit the County website for the most up to date information.  Be vigilant in adhering to the State and Federal guidelines with regards to COVID-19; we want all residents to stay safe and healthy.
