City of St. Louis - The disconnection of city services for non-payment and late fees have been temporarily suspended
The City of St. Louis has suspended service disconnections for non-payment of City utilities until further notice. Penalty and interest for late payment on city utility bills have also been temporarily suspended.
Past due bills will continue to be mailed per the normal schedule.
Options for payment plans for those that indicate a hardship as a result of the COVID-19 State of Emergency will be available at a later time. The City of St. Louis will post more information on this as it becomes available.
Fees for usage will continue to accumulate. Customers should pay what they can to avoid building up a large balance that will be harder to pay off later.
The City of St. Louis will continue to reevaluate these measures each month as the COVID-19 State of Emergency progresses.
