The Village of Mackinaw City would like to inform all residents that all public meetings, including the Village Council meetings on March 19, 2020 and April 2, 2020, are cancelled until at least April 6, 2020. At that time the Village will reassess the situation to determine if further cancellations will be necessary. This is due to the ongoing battle to slow down and/or stop the advancement of the COVID-19 virus. If you do not know, Village Hall is on lockdown but is still open for business via telephone only. The Village is able to maintain staffing to continue to provide Village services. The Village is certain that it will get through this just fine if we continue to look out for each other and treat each other with respect and dignity.
