COSTA MESA, Calif. (March 18, 2020) – Effective immediately, the Costa Mesa Police Department will suspend issuing parking citations for street sweeping and residential permit parking violations as approved by the City Council on March 17, 2020.
Street sweeping operations will continue until further notice.
