Stallion Springs Police Department arrest local resident for child endangerment/drug charges.
In January of 2020, the Stallion Springs Police Department began an investigation regarding a 16 year old juvenile that had run away from his residence in Stallion Springs. Officers located the juvenile in Tehachapi. The juvenile was found to be safe and healthy. However, Officers determined the juvenile needed to be placed into protective custody.
Officers of the Stallion Springs Police Department began a separate investigation into the home living conditions and reported abuse occurring at the minor’s home. Officers subsequently served a search warrant at the minor’s address in Stallion Springs. A report was completed and submitted to the Kern County District Attorney’s Office for review with requested charges.
On March 12th, 2020, Officers from the Stallion Springs Police Department responded to the minor’s former residence in Stallion Springs. Officers arrested Tiffany Ferguson, age 39, of Stallion Springs for a Kern County Arrest Warrant. The warrant was for the following charges: H&S 11361(b)-Furnish minor with marijuana, H&S 11366-Maintain a residence for drug sales, and two counts of PC 273a(A)-Willful cruelty to a child.
Ferguson was booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.
