Today, at 2:00, Sheriff P.J. Tanner will hold a press conference on coronavirus (COVID-19) at the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office headquarters building in Beaufort. Joining Sheriff Tanner at the press conference to discuss coronavirus on a county level will be Beaufort County Administrator Ashley Jacobs, Beaufort County School District Superintendent Frank Rodriguez, Lady's Island Fire Chief Bruce Kline and Beaufort County Emergency Medical Services Director Donna Ownby. Media (print, television and radio) have been invited to attend.
