The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Flood Warning for... Dallas County in southwestern Missouri... Dent County in south central Missouri... Laclede County in southwestern Missouri... Pulaski County in central Missouri... Phelps County in east central Missouri... Southern Camden County in central Missouri...

* Until noon CDT Friday.

* At 853 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flooding is expected to continue through the overnight hours.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flooding. Locations in the warning include... Rolla... Fort Leonard Wood... Lebanon... Bennett Spring State Park... Salem... Waynesville... St. Robert... St. James... Richland... Dixon... Morgan... Crocker... Conway... Doolittle... Newburg... Edgar Springs... Phillipsburg... Stoutland... Bennett Springs... Twin Bridges... This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water crossings... Route O at Jones Creek just south of Dixon... Route H, 3 miles northwest of Stoutland... Route Y northwest of Rolla... Route J at Parks Creek 2 miles east of Morgan... and Route B, 2 miles west of Conway.
