Yucaipa deputies & Rancho Cucamonga K9 Nyx, arrested three subjects who fled from police in a stolen vehicle

LOCATION: Oak Glen Rd. / Calimesa Blvd., Yucaipa
SUSPECT(S): Robert Harder, 25 years old, Transient
Bradley Entwistle, 24 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Kyle Houser, 34 years old, Transient
SUMMARY:
Deputies responded to an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) hit of a stolen vehicle entering the city on Oak Glen Rd. Deputies located the stolen vehicle in the Vons parking lot with four people inside it. As deputies approached the vehicle, a female occupant exited, and the driver fled. Deputies pursued the stolen vehicle to the intersection of Bryant and Panorama where the driver slid on the wet road and collided with a rock wall. Three suspects fled from the vehicle. Two of the suspects, Bradley Entwistle and Kyle Houser, were caught immediately by pursuing deputies. The driver hid in the backyard of a nearby residence while deputies surrounded the area. Bloodhound Nyx from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded and tracked the final suspect, Robert Harder, to his hiding spot where deputies took him into custody without incident.
Harder was booked on vehicle theft and evading charges, as well as on terms of violating his parole. He is being held without bail. Entwistle was booked on stolen property charges and Houser was booked for resisting / obstructing a peace office.
