Details: On March 20, 2020, at approximately 6:53 PM, Corcoran Police Officers were called to the Take -10 Gas Station regarding a burglary that had just occurred. Upon arrival officers learned an adult male suspect had forced his way into a rear door of the business. After the suspect made entry he stole five 30 packs of Budweiser beer, several bags of frozen chicken and other miscellaneous food items. After the suspect left he returned to the store and an employee obtained a license plate of the vehicle he was in. Corcoran Officers went to the residence where the vehicle was registered to. Upon contacting the owner of the residence officers were granted permission to search. During the search officers contacted a male subject whom they recognized as the suspect from the store video surveillance cameras. The male suspect was identified as 22 year old Geordie Carrillo. Officers located the property stolen during the burglary at the residence. While conducting the investigation officers saw clothing which matched the description from a robbery that had occurred at Casillas Auto Sales earlier this same day. Officers located property stolen during the robbery and matched Carrillo as the suspect from video surveillance. During the robbery Carrillo threatened to kill an employee from Casillas Auto Sales before stealing a lap top computer and several sets of keys for vehicles being sold on the lot. Officers arrested Carrillo without incident. After transporting Carrillo to the Corcoran Police Department, officers were able to link Carrillo as a suspect in a total of six cases in the last two weeks. The cases were in regards to stolen vehicles and burglaries. Carrillo was later transported to the Kings County Jail for six separate cases. He was booked into the jail and is being held on a total bail of $205,000.
