In accordance with Governor Newsom’s "Stay at Home" and L.A. County’s “Safer at Home” orders to slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) (a new, viral disease that produces symptoms similar to the flu or pneumonia), effective Friday, March 20th, the City of Downey implemented temporary changes to City government functions.
