March 24, 2020 Knowlton Township Coronavirus Update
As of this morning, there are 15 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Warren County. The Warren County Health Department is spearheading the county’s effort with collecting and sharing information. The latest updates are posted daily at www.co.warren.nj.us.
The Knowlton Township Committee scheduled for March 26, 2020 will still be held at 7 p.m. Members of the public are invited to attend via the Zoom virtual meeting service. Please contact the Township clerk by email at [email protected] or call at 908-496-4816 ext. 6 for instructions on how to access the meeting. Members of the public will be given the opportunity to provide comments during the meeting through Zoom. When members of the public sign in to the meeting, they will be muted by the host. During the allotted public comment periods, if a member of the public wishes to comment, they should enter their name and address into the chat function and wait to be recognized and unmuted by the meeting host. There will be 20 minutes allotted for public comment in the beginning of the meeting and at the end of the meeting. Each comment is limited to 3 minutes.
Additionally, comments limited to 450 words may be submitted to the Township Clerk by email by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting and will be read into the record.
This decision to hold this meeting via electronic means has been made in compliance with P.L. 2020, c.11 given the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 health situation, the limitations imposed under the Governor's Executive Orders 104 and 107, the physical limitations of the chambers, and the importance of social distancing.
