It is intended to address issues pertaining to current closures and is expected to be issued after Mayor Lightfoot's news conference. Otherwise, we are unaware of the specific message header, content, or timing. Because Will County is served by Chicago area broadcasters, cable providers, cellular carriers, etc., it is likely that many residents in Will and Grundy County will receive this message. through one or more means.
