EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Due to COVID-19 Virus concerns at both the State and National Level, the City is taking precautions to keep the employees and public safe by limiting person to person contact.
Therefore, effective Friday, March 27, 2020 and until further notice:
*THE RECYCLING CENTER IS CLOSED*
You may hold on to your recycling until the Center is re-opened, or you may dispose of it with your refuse.
Department of Public Works is closed.
• However, citizens can call DPW during normal work hours and leave a message M-F, 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m., at (734)721-8600 for any concerns and we will return your call.
• For after hours emergencies call the Police Department at (734)721-1414, and they will call an on-call Supervisor to assist with your emergency.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to return to normal operations as soon as possible. Thank you!
