Stallion Springs Police Investigate Shooting 
On March 26, 2020 at approximately 4:28 am, Stallion Springs Police received a call of a gunshot victim at a residence on Capot Court. When officers arrived they contacted a 20-year old Tehachapi resident, who was suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the pelvic region. It appears as though this incident occurred inside of a vehicle and could have been accidental.
Officers and Deputies from several agencies responded to the scene to assist.
The victim was transported to Kern Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The victim’s name is being withheld at this time.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation by the Stallion Springs Police Department.
