* Until 215 AM EDT.
* At 1041 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Yorktown, Pendleton, Fortville, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Albany, Lapel, Edgewood, Frankton, Daleville, Selma, Orestes, Woodlawn Heights, Country Club Heights, River Forest and Ball State University. Additional rainfall amounts of over an inch are possible in the warned area. # This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 214 and 245.
