We are committed to ensuring our community is safe and informed during these challenging times.
As a general reminder federal, state and county health agencies have ordered all individuals to stay at home and only go out in public for essential purposes while maintaining social distancing. Failing to comply with federal, state and county health agency’s orders may result in enforcement action up to and including arrest.
However, there are no federal, state or local agencies stopping individuals for the sole purpose of determining if they are outdoors for “essential” purposes at this time. Likewise, there are no police or military checkpoints being conducted for this purpose. Additionally, there are no federal, state or local curfews issued at this time. There are no work permits or travel permits issued by any federal, state or local agencies at this time.
Your obligatory cooperation to the various health orders will aid in all of our safety and ensure that stricter compliance measures will not need to be implemented.
