Monthly emergency warning siren test 
The City of Red Oak Office of Emergency Management will be conducting the monthly outdoor warning siren TEST today at 2:00 P.M. This test is to ensure that all sirens in the city are in working order.
This test is conducted on the first Wednesday of every month, weather permitting.
